The University Writing Centers in 016 Memorial and 017 Morris Library provide free one-on-one help with writing for students in English 110 or any other UD course. You can make an appointment with a tutor online.

The Writing Center continues to operate virtually during online semesters through video-conference tutoring sessions. E-tutoring–where a student uploads a piece of writing for written feedback, but with no synchronous peer session–remains available as well.

Visiting the Writing Center is a sign that you are taking the work of English 110 seriously. To get the most out of your appointment, bring the assignment you are working on, any notes you may have written, and your most recent draft—if you have one. In addition to traditional academic assignments, consultants can work with you on cover letters, graduate school applications, and personal writing.
